Fribourg's Elijah Neuenschwander invited to NHL Scouting Combine

Before every NHL Entry Draft, 90 of the top available prospects get to showcase their skills, fitness, and medical condition to NHL teams. This time, Elijah Neuenschwander is the only Swiss-born among the attending players. The 18-year-old netminder is ranked third on NHL Central Scouting's list of EU goalies, and 138th overall on FCHOCKEY's ranking.

Neuenschwander is part of HC Fribourg-Gottéron's organization but will be eligible to suit up for EHC Chur the coming season, as they are in possession of his B-licence. He has already made appearances for Chur over the last two years.
