According to beat reporter Ben Pope ("Chicago Sun-Times"), several players of the Chicago Blackhawks have been qualified, but Philipp Kurashev was not among the players to receive an offer.
As an unrestricted free agent, Kurashev will thus be free to sign wherever he wants. The forward has been part of the organization for over six seasons and was drafted by them in 2018. Last season, he recorded seven goals and seven assists in 51 regular-season games.
Blackhawks have given qualifying offers to Wyatt Kaiser, Louis Crevier and Arvid Soderblom, per source.

They all remain RFAs. Crevier and Soderblom have arbitration rights. Kaiser does not.
Philipp Kurashev was not qualified and becomes a UFA.
