As Expressen (relayed by HockeyNews.se) reports, Niklas Hansson is rumored to leave EV Zug after this season and might potentially return to the SHL. Rögle BK and HV71 are supposedly two of the interested parties.

The 30-year-old defenseman has been playing for EV Zug for the past four seasons but used to play for Rögle and HV71 before signing in Switzerland.

As for Lauri Pajuniemi, the same source reports that the 25-year-old forward is of interest to his former team, the Malmö Redhawks. Oscar Alsenfel, team manager of Malmö, has supposedly started talking to Pajuniemi regarding the 2025-26 season.

Pajuniemi is in his first season with Lausanne HC and has appeared in 34 games this season, recording eight goals and eleven assists.
