Kaapo Kähkönen reportedly interested to play in Switzerland

Kaapo Kähkönen has been under contract with the Montreal Canadiens since this season. As the newspaper reports, he is now, however, looking at his options in Europe, specifically Sweden and Switzerland. 

Kähkönen had been playing in North America since 2018, suiting up in 140 NHL games for the Minnesota Wild, the San Jose Sharks, the New Jersey Devils, and the Colorado Avalanche. This season, he has only played for the Canadiens' AHL affiliate, the Laval Rocket. In 20 games, he has posted a save percentage of .905.
