Emil Bemström was drafted by the Columbus Blue Jackets in 2017 and has been playing in North America for the past six seasons. The forward is currently an unrestricted free agent and has yet to sign a new contract.
Bemström appeared in 14 games for the Pittsburgh Penguins last season (one assist) and recorded 23 goals and 25 assists in 48 regular-season games for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins.
