The 28-year-old defender will not finish the season with the ZSC Lions and return to Finland.
Anna Kilponen made the decision due to personal reasons. The defender, who played in the Premier Hockey Federation (which ceased operations in July 2023) last season, was in her first season in Switzerland.
In twelve games for the ZSC Lions, she recorded three goals and four assists.
