Captain Lara Christen, as well as forwards Emma Ingold and Andrea Schranz, have extended their contracts with the SC Bern Frauen. "With their experience on and off the ice, they give our team stability and significantly influence our development", CEO Nina Kindschi notes.

With Canadian forward Sophie Hudson and Finnish defender Ada Eronen, two new young import players are joining the team for the coming season. Hudson last played for the Kingston (Ontario)-based Queen's University, Eronen for Kiekko-Espoo in her home country's highest league. Furthermore, the Bears have added 23-year-old forward Zoe Merz from the HCAP Girls, as well as Lea MacLeod, who is returning to them from SC Langenthal. She was already with Bern during the playoffs.

Meanwhile, Cindy Joray, Kaleigh Quennec, and Maija Omato are no longer part of the team.
