Women's League

The champions of the SWHL-B have been directly promoted to the PostFinance Women's League without having to face the HCLL.

swisshockeynews.ch

After a challenging season with financial and roster difficulties that ended with the last place in the standings, the HC Ladies Lugano have decided not to play the league qualifier against SWHL-B champions EV Zug. This means that the HCLL are relegated, while EV Zug is directly promoted and will participate in the PostFinance Women's League from the 2024-25 season.
