"Being able to contribute personally [to the growth of women's hockey], and what's more, in my home canton of Graubünden and in Davos, where I played for a year in the junior team and benefited greatly, means a lot to me," Livia Altmann said. "I am also delighted to be taking on this task together with Evelina. We played together on the national team for many years, and I am convinced that we will complement each other perfectly."

Livia Altmann has agreed to a one-year contract with an option for an additional season. The defender retired in 2020 due to health reasons and won three titles with the ZSC Lions. She also captained the National Team on several occasions and won the bronze medal with the Swiss team at the 2014 Olympics.
