Women's League

The club, which has been very active in the past few days, announced today three more signings.

With an Instagram post, the HC Fribourg-Gottéron Ladies welcome forward Muriel Wilcke and defenders Jil Wasmer and Océane Defferard for the upcoming 2026-27 season. Wilcke, 18, is the most experienced among the three young players, as she joins Fribourg from league rivals Neuchâtel Hockey Academy, where she spent the past four seasons.

Wasmer, 16, debuted in the PostFinance Women's League this season with the HC Ambrì-Piotta Women but mostly suited up in the U16 squad of HC Valais-Wallis Future. As for Defferard, the 15-year-old, joins the HCFG Ladies from EHC Zunzgen-Sissach Damen, which plays in the second-tier of women's hockey in Switzerland.
