The 24-year-old joins the HCD Ladies for the upcoming 2026-27 season from Djurgårdens IF.

After one year in the SDHL, Kaitlin Jockims will move to Switzerland to join the HCD Ladies. Before his stint with Djurgårdens IF, Jockims spent four seasons in the NCAA with Cornell University.
With the Swedes, Jockims suited up 39 times this past season, scoring seven goals, making her the fourth-most prolific scorer on the team.
