The eight pairings have been drawn. The games will be played between December 7 and December 22.

The pool of teams for the draw included all eight PostFinance Women's League teams and eight qualified teams from lower leagues: seven from the Swiss Women's Hockey League-B and the only team remaining from the Swiss Women's Hockey League-D, the HC Ajoie Ladies.

Neuchâtel Hockey Academy (PFWL) – HC Fribourg-Gottéron (PFWL)

EHC Bassersdorf Ladies (SWHL-B) – SC Bern (PFWL)

EHC Zunzgen-Sissach (SWHL-B) – SC Langenthal Damen (PFWL)

GCK Lions Frauen (SWHL-B) – Brandis Juniors Ladies (SWHL-B)

HC Ajoie Ladies (SWHL-D) – HC Davos Ladies (PFWL)

EV Zug (PFWL) – ZSC Lions Frauen (PFWL)

Two encounters are purely made up of PFWL teams: Neuchâtel Hockey Academy will face HC Fribourg-Gottéron, while EV Zug will play against the ZSC Lions Frauen.
