First WEHT tournament of the season to be played in Kloten

As has been the norm since Switzerland joined the Women's Euro Hockey Tour, the first tournament of the season is theirs to host, and it will take place in Kloten. The SWISS Arena will figure as the host of six games.

On August 19, Czechia and Finland face off at 3:30 pm (CEST), while at 7 pm, there will be a rematch of the Olympic Bronze medal game between Switzerland and Sweden. Two days later, Sweden is playing Czechia in the afternoon, and Switzerland battles Finland in the evening. The next day, it is time for the Nordic duel between Finland and Sweden at 11 am, and the central European meeting between Switzerland and Czechia at 3 pm.

From September 28 to October 4, the next tournament takes place in Finland, and shortly after, Sweden will host their edition from October 28 to November 5. Right after that, the IIHF Women's World Championship is held in Herning and Esbjerg (Denmark).
