Shannon Miller to succeed Colin Muller?

At the beginning of July, the Swiss women's national team will host a summer camp at the OYM in Cham to take the first steps in preparation for the World Championship at the end of the year. As of now, SIHF has not yet announced the successor of Colin Muller. 

According to journalist Nicola Berger ("Neue Zürcher Zeitung"), Shannon Miller is supposed to be the frontrunner for the vacant head coaching position. The Canadian last worked as the head coach of the NCAA team Calgary Inferno. Before that, she worked for 16 years at the University of Minnesota-Duluth.

There is another candidate, but, according to Berger, there is some opposition from the board of directors against him. It is 55-year-old Brian Idalski. The American last coached the Vancouver Goldeneyes (PWHL) and is slated to take over the Czech women's national team.
