U18 - Another knockout game versus Sweden for Switzerland

Thanks to their win against Slovakia, the Swiss U18 women's national team placed third in their group, behind Canada and Czechia. In the other group of the U18 World Championships, Sweden finished in second place. This means another round of the two countries battling it out in an elimination game.

The Swiss ladies started the tournament off with a tight loss in overtime against Czechia (1-2), followed by a defeat at the hands of Canada (1-5). In the third game, they managed to beat Slovakia (5-3).
