Lausanne HC confirms the report of 24 heures from this morning, Sven Ryser has extend his contract with the NLA team and will now stay with the Lions until the end of the 2018-19 season.

There are also some more good news for LHC fans: the 26-year-old forward has been sidelined by an injury since mid-November, but as 24 heures reports, he should be able to make his comeback this Friday against EV Zug.

Ryse is a product of the ZSC Lions' organisation but signed with HC Davos in 2012. He remained a member of them until January 2016, when he left Davos and joined Lausanne. Since then, he has appeared in 33 games for them, scoring eight goals and eight assists.
