SC Langenthal has signed HC Red Ice's Pierrick Pivron to a contract, which will be valid until the end of November.

After having played three games on loan for HC Red Ice during the 2015-16 season, Pivron signed a tryout contract with Martigny in August and participated in their training camp. However, he then continued to play for them at the beginning of the season. Now, he will move to Langenthal and is expected to play his first game for Langenthal in tomorrow's away game in Rapperswil.

In five NLB games for HC Red Ice this season, the 26-year-old Frenchman, who has a Swiss license, scored one assist. Overall, Pivron has played 160 NLA and 88 NLB games in his career thus far.
