The 32-year-old forward last played for Djugårdens Stockholm, scoring 18 goals and 39 assists in 57 games. Thoresen already knows the Swiss championship, as he played for Lugano in the 2008 season. His contract with the ZSC Lions will be valid until 2017. (mso)

ZSC Lions sign Norwegian forward Patrick Thoresen
The ZSC Lions announce that they have signed the Norwegian forward Patrick Thoresen to a one-year contract. He will thus leave the SHL and join the NLA for the 2016-17 season.
