Schoder, who went through the youth organization of the ZSC/GCK Lions, is currently in his fourth season with the Valais. Since his NLA debut with the ZSC Lions in 2001, the 32-year-old also played with the SCL Tigers and the Rapperswil-Jona Lakers, before he moved to EHC Visp in 2011/12.

Martin Zerzuben, on the other hand, has decided to retire at the end of the current season. Before he arrived in the upper Valais in 2012, the 33-year-old netminder was under contract with the SCL Tigers, HC Sierre and also EHC Biel, with whom he was able to celebrate the win of the NLB Championship twice.
