The 22-year-old forward, who is still looking for a new employer for the upcoming 2018-19 season, has returned to Ticino, where he will rejoin the HCB Ticino Rockets and participate in their on-ice practice to keep himself in shape while awaiting further offers.
A return to the Rockets, for which he suited up last term, will probably not be an option. Team manager Jan Cadieux stated to the same source at the beginning of August that the team's roster would be full. Guidotti appeared in 46 games with the Rockets last season, recording seven goals and nine assists.
