"I already had talks with the team, but I don't know how things will turn out," says the 20-year-old forward, who returned to SC Langenthal after having spent four seasons playing for SC Bern. Trüssel played for both Langenthal and EHC Burgdorf this season.
Trüssel is not the only one who would like to stay. As Leroy Ryser (desktopstories.ch) already reported this week, Pierrick Pivron would also like to extend his stay with SCL. However, as Noël Guyaz tells the same source, they are not talking to players as of now: "They should concentrate on the start of the playoffs. After that, we will see."
Apart from Trüssel and Pivron, there are also other players who have not yet a deal in place for the upcoming season: The contracts of defensemen Bernd Wolf and Philip Åhlström are expiring in spring. Moreover, as the Zofinger Tagblatt speculates, Helder Duarte, Tom Gerber, and Josh Primeau might have difficulties to obtain a new deal with Langenthal.Last Update: 03 February 2017, 06:02 AM | mso
