The tournament, which now consists of ten teams, is divided into two groups: group A, where all teams, including Switzerland, are directly qualified for the quarterfinals, and group B, where three teams will have the opportunity to move on to the next round. The tournament will take place from April 4 to 14 in Espoo, FIN.

SUN, 7.4.2019, 7.30 PM: Switzerland - USA
MON, 8.4.2019, 4 PM: Finland - Switzerland
Quarterfinals will take place on the 11.4.2019, semifinals on the 13.4. and medal games on the 14.4.2019.
