Niklas Hansson was hit by Lausanne HC's Aurélien Marti and it looked like his knee received the brunt of the hit. He was seen limping off the ice and did not return to the game.
According to head coach Dan Tangnes, he was evaluated at the hospital. He was, however, not able to provide further updates on the defenseman.
