A hit by Aurélien Marti toward the end of the game between Lausanne HC and EV Zug has led to a three-month absence for Niklas Hansson. The Swede suffered an injury to his knee in the incident.
With an average ice time of 20:33 per game, Hansson is Zug's most-used player this season and the only one cracking the 20-minute mark.
