HC Ambrì-Piotta has released a video on social media, announcing extensions for several players.

Netminder Daniel Manzato and forward Jiří Novotný will remain with the Biancoblù for another year, whereas defenceman Isacco Dotti, as well as forwards Marco Müller and Dominic Zweger, will stay until 2022.

Manzato, 35, is in his first season with Ambrì. He has made 13 appearances so far, posting a .886 save percentage and a 3.23 goals against average.

26-year-old Dotti, who would be under contract with the HCB Ticino Rockets but has only been in the National League this season, has played 33 games, assisting on three goals.

Czech import Novotný joined on a two-month deal in September, which was extended in October. The 35-year-old has suited up 37 times so far, recording three goals and seven assists.

Müller, 25, is in his second season as a Biancoblù. He has hit the ice 88 times with them so far, putting up 22 goals and 37 assists.

Austrian talent Zwerger is also in his second season. In 98 games, the 22-year-old has found the back of the net 37 times and assisted on 48 more goals.

Zwerger's new contract includes a clause which would allow him to leave for the NHL right before the final season of his deal, as Omar Gargantini (RSI) writes.
