He is not the only one in that game that has been charged with a fine. Killian Mottet was also fined for feigning an injury, but HC Fribourg-Gottéron has appealed the verdict. It is thus not yet legally binding.
The Swiss Ice Hockey Federation writes in a statement, that feigning fouls or injuries is unsportsmanlike conduct that falsifies the game and that such actions will not be tolerated.
