Flüeler played his last game in mid-February and only served as a backup goaltender to Niklas Schlegel in March. The netminder appeared in 30 games for the ZSC Lions this season, posting a .909 save percentage.

According to the same source, team manager Sven Leuenberger had a talk with Dominic Moore, telling him that the team will use younger players for the remaining games this season. He is thus free to leave. In eleven games for the Lions, he recorded one assist.
