In addition to Dal Pian, as already reported, Ambrì announced also the signing of Tobias Fohrler from the EVZ Academy.

SC Langenthal

Giacomo Dal Pian arrives from SC Langenthal, with which he won the last Swiss League championship. Dal Pian put up 31 points in 56 games. The 25-year-old signed a one-year contract with an option for one more year. On the other hand, Fohrler, 21, signed a two-year-contract with an option for a third season. The German-Swiss defenseman recorded two points in 38 games with the Academy.

The club also informs that it has exercised the options in its favor, valid for the next season for the defenseman Misha Moor (19 games, one goal), and for the Austrian forward Fabio Hofer (54 appearances with 31 points). Moreover, the HCAP has transformed the option in its favor valid for next season in new two-year contracts with both Patrick Incir (37 games, three points) and Elia Mazzolini (37 games, zero points).

Also remaining in Leventina for another season are the defenseman Michael Ngoy and the forward Tommaso Goi. In the championship just concluded, Ngoy has played all 55 games, recording eleven points, while Goi collected 51 presences (three assists).

Finally, HC Ambrì-Piotta announced that it has renewed the contract of Matt D'Agostini for one more season. The Canadian forward scored 14 goals and put up 16 assists in 43 games during the 2018-19 season.
