Team manager Marc Eichmann would like to start the season with four imports. The problem: He is currently not allowed to sign anyone.

Eero Elo could stay in Langnau - if he's cheap enough.

"We have a hiring freeze at the moment," Eichmann explains to Klaus Zaugg in today's edition of the Oltner Tagblatt. Nevertheless, the team manager is doing his job and is looking at the market. "The goal is four imports at the start of the season."

In addition to Robbie Earl ((USA)), Eichmann is looking for two foreign centers. Yesterday, the Swedish news outlet Expressen also reported that the Tigers seem to be interested in Frölunda's Ryan Lasch ((USA)) (see our article).

An option for the fourth import-spot is Eero Elo ((FIN)) - but only if his paycheck does not exceed CHF 100,000, Zaugg writes. Elo, who played for Langnau from 2016 to 2019 returned to the Emmental in December after only 17 games with Lukko Rauma in the Finnish Liiga.
