In today's edition of the Journal du Jura, CEO Daniel Villard and team manager Martin Steinegger speak out against a loan of an import-player.

Martin Steinegger wants a player who stays for the whole season.

"For me, this is not an option," Villard clearly states. "With a loan, the reinforcement in question leaves at the end of November after having stolen the place of another player, in particular in power play."

With that, Villard is on the same page as his team manager Martin Steinegger: "If we hire a fourth import-player, it is so that he can stay with us all season long," Steinegger explains to the Journal du Jura.

For now, EHC Biel has three import-players on their team: defenseman Petteri Lindbohm ((FIN)), as well as the forwards Toni Rajala ((FIN)) and Marc-Antoine Pouliot ((CAN)).
