Contrary to this season, in which the SCL Tigers did not fill all of their four import-spots, for the upcoming season the Tigers are expected to start with four (possibly new) foreigners. All of the import-players currently with the team (Robbie Earl
, Ben Maxwell
, and Marcus Nilsson
) hold an expiring contract.
In addition to the four foreigners and the four signings already announced the last month, Marc Eichmann, team manager of the SCL Tigers, told the Luzerner Zeitung that they intend to hire just one more player: "We will only sign one more Swiss forward. There are no more further transfers".
