"In my opinion, there is a 99% chance that this match will be canceled", EHC Biel-CEO Daniel Villard stated to the Journal de Jura earlier today.The SIHF has done exactly that and decided to postpone tomorrow's matchup between Biel and the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers.
Today, players are undergoing a Covid-test. If all results are negative, the game might take place on Wednesday instead. Their next appearance after tomorrow would be on Thursday versus HC Ambrì-Piotta. "I hope this game can go ahead", Villard says.
Last week, two of Biel's players were tested positive and the team was put into quarantine as a consequence.
