Despite having one year left in his contract with EHC Biel, Riccardo Sartori has decided to retire from professional hockey. His contract with the Seeländers has been therefore terminated effective immediately.
Sartori debuted in the National League with HC Lugano during the 2013-14 season. After a short stint with EHC Olten in 2019, Sartori had joined EHC Biel in 2020 with a two-year contract.
