Elite Prospects reported in mid-March that HC Davos had cast an eye on the Matěj Stránský. The Czech forward recorded 33 goals and 19 assists in 50 regular-season games for HC Oceláři Třinec this season.

Jesse Zgraggen's arrival also comes as no surprise, as Kristian Kapp (Tages-Anzeiger) reported back in April that he almost certainly would join HC Davos for the 2021-22 season. The 28-year-old defenseman already played 13 games for HCD this season (one goal, two assists).
