"I am very happy in Zug and would like to stay here," Jérôme Bachofner tells the Luzerner Zeitung. However, he also assessed his current situation and is "looking at various options."
Bachofner did, however, not elaborate on those options. Asked whether his youth team, the ZSC Lions, would be an option, Bachofner, who has recorded two goals and one assist in twelve games, remained noncommital.
The newspaper also asked the ZSC Lions' team manager Sven Leuenberger about Bachofner. Leuenberger, for his part, said that talks with his players on expiring contracts have priority.
