As the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers announce, they have inked Roman Červenka to a contract extension over one season. As he was already signed until next spring, the 26-year-old thus will be with the Rosenstädter until 2024.
Since his arrival in 2019, the Czech has made 149 National League games for the Lakers, recording 53 goals and 116 assists. This last regular season, he collected the most points and was awarded the MVP trophy.
