On September 5, HC Lugano announced the signing of Brett Connolly until the end of the season to replace Daniel Carr, who is out indefinitely with long-Covid symptoms and a head injury.
Two weeks later, Connolly practiced with the Bianconeri for the first time and is now ready for his debut. Lugano will face Genève-Servette HC on Friday and host Lausanne HC on Saturday.
