Schwarz started out as an assistant coach in the youth department and held several positions until becoming head coach of the GCK Lions' U20 in 2020. The 36-year-old has now been promoted to assistant of the ZSC Lions' main squad, starting next season.
"In addition to young players, we also want to promote and develop young coaches in our organization", team manager Sven Leuenberger states. "Fabio is the ideal link for our talents between the National League, Swiss League and junior players."
