Weber played his first professional season this year, recording three assists in 42 games for EHC Kloten. He has signed a two-year contract with SC Langenthal. The deal includes an out clause for the second contracted season.

Ian Derungs, who recorded ten assists and ten goals in 57 games for his OHL team, has also agreed to a two-year deal. Kelvin Walz, who is in possession of a Swiss players' license, will stay with SCL for one year. He put up six goals and 15 assists in 42 games for the Academy this season.

Dominik Gyger, too, has signed a one-year deal. The 19-year-old forward was under contract with the SCL Tigers but already played 22 games for SC Langenthal this season. As for Mathieu Maret, he did not make use of his out clause, which is why his contract was automatically extended for another season.

The new team manager Kevin Schläpfer also stated that their main focus is currently on finding a new head coach and new import players. However, they are still in negotiations with some players who were part of the 2018-19 roster.
