At their general assembly, HC Thurgau presented a profit in the six figures, a higher attendance and increased catering sales.

In the past season, HC Thurgau reached the Swiss League playoffs for the first time in 21 years. The success on the ice also had its impact on the financial result of the past season: after write-offs and a contribution of CHF 200,000.- to their youth organization, a net profit of CHF 131,300.- remained for the Lions.

The successful season was also reflected the attendance figures. The average number of spectators per game increased by almost 30 percent in comparison to the 2017-18 season. Moreover, also the catering sales increased by more than 40 percent.
