Yves Müller has already signed his new deal although his old one would have been valid for another season. "I'm very happy with the long-term commitment of Yves Müller," team manager Kevin Schläpfer says. "Yves has been one of the most solid defenders in the Swiss League for several years."

In SC Langenthal's championship run last season, the 30-year-old appeared in a total of 58 games, in which he recorded 24 points (four goals). Over the course of his career, he has already played more than 300 games with the Oberaargauer.
