The team manager of EHC Visp Sébastien Pico told Le Nouvelliste on Monday that they had only offered a one-year deal to Dolana and were willing to let him go if someone were to offer him a better deal.
As Dolana's agent J. Sintonen tells swisshockeynews.ch, that was, however, not the case: "EHC Visp has never issued an offer to us. In fact, they actively ignored my phone calls. Dolana will definitely leave Visp. It's a pity they did not show him the respect he is owed after having played for them for 12 seasons."
Dolana, who is in possession of a Swiss player's license, is currently in his twelfth season with EHC Visp and is still one of their most consistent point-getters (nine goals and 27 assists in 30 games).
