Fabian Ganz extends his stay in Kloten.

Fabian Ganz earned himself an early extension, by leading EHC Kloten's defensemen in goals (eight), assists (23) and points (31). The 30-year-old has become an important player in the roster as team manager Felix Hollenstein states: "Fabian has become a solid asset to our defense since his arrival in Kloten. Thanks to his experience, a very strong shot, and his game-opening pass, he is now one of the key players on our team. We are very happy that we can count on Fabian in the longer term."
Ganz is a veteran in the Swiss League, having already played more than 600 games, mainly with EHC Olten and HC La Chaux-de-Fonds. In his two seasons with Kloten, Ganz recorded 51 points in 92 games (playoffs included).
