As reported in May, the recapitalization was required in order to comply with the new law on public companies, as for two years it has no longer been possible to hold bearer shares in Switzerland. For that, HC La Chaux-de-Fonds had to convert them into registered shares.
As announced by a satisfied Board of Directors, the share capital of the company now amounts to CHF 458,700, divided into 152,900 registered shares of CHF 3 each.
