With Stefan Mäder, EHC Visp has signed a player with a lot of Swiss League experience. Over the course of his career so far, the 31-year-old has appeared in almost 600 games for various teams around the league, with his last stop being HC Ajoie. Mäder also made a few games in the National League as a member of the SCL Tigers.

After being on trial for a month, the forward has landed a one-year deal with the Swiss League team.
