Mathieu Maret will thus stay with HC Sierre until the end of the 2025-26 season. The defender used to play for HC Sierre from 2007 to 2009 and made his NLB debut (now Swiss League) with them.
Maret, who played for SC Langenthal for the past four seasons, appeared in 41 regular-season games (two goals, twelve assists) and five postseason games this season.
