One of the three open spots in EHC Olten's offense seems to be reserved for Timothy Kast. For the past eight seasons, he played in the National League for Genève-Servette HC, EV Zug, and most recently for SC Bern. For them, he put up 14 points (five goals) in 45 games last season.
In addition to Kast, Olten's team manager Marc Grieder is looking for another import-forward as a replacement for Dion Knelsen and a Swiss winger, who will also arrive from the National League, the Oltner Tagblatt writes.
