EHC Olten will already be able to count on Alain Bircher for tonight's season opener against the HCB Ticino Rockets. Bircher played 23 games for the Lakers last season and 16 for HC Thurgau.
The Mice will, however, have to make do without Silvan Wyss and Dominic Weder tonight. While Wyss is injured, Weder will miss two games due to the suspension he received last season.
