As the project for their new stadium is taking longer than planned, the current one will see some adjustments.

Costs and land use issues are slowing down the project for HC Sierre's new arena. The contract for the arena should have been signed by last August, the commitment credit was set to go before the City Council during autumn or winter. But the club's president Alain Bonnet is not worried, as he mentions to Le Nouvelliste. "The three partners always have the same interest and the same objective."

In the meantime, Sierre will continue to play in Graben. The stadium will see some investment into safety and compliance to avoid any risk of closure in the near future.
