In Basel, Laurin Liniger will find several familiar faces. His head coach in Langenthal, Kevin Schläpfer, is the new team manager there, and three teammates from SC Langenthal (Tyler Higgins, Dario Kummer, and Vincenzo Küng) have already made the move to EHC Basel this offseason.
In his first season in the Swiss League, Liniger scored four goals and put up seven assists in 21 outings.
